Da Nu Joke Bandwagon
There's a joke that's going around like the flu. It goes like this:
"I have two words for you: GET A LIFE!"
...or something like that. The joke is that there are obviously three words. It was kind of funny when it was told by self-deprecating characters, like political leader impersonators. I remember hearing this joke told by a Reagan impersonator. Yes, it's that old, if not older.
I hear this gag everywhere now. I have a feeling it's been used on a popular TV series or something (I saw a variation on both versions of "The Office"), and because of how easy it is to construct the joke, everyone is using it.
Some people laugh at this joke, much to my chagrin. I'm sure others, like myself, think, "ugh, that joke again?"
Think of something original.
Oh, and are the Mentos/Soda videos over with yet?
